Sponsorships

Sign up to be a sponsor for an ASCNN meeting. You must be an ASCNN member to sponsor a meeting. If you would like to join please click the Join Now button above.

We are offering Sponsorship opportunities for $300 each!

Each sponsor will receive:

• Sponsor’s Logo and Website link on ASCNN.org website for up to 4 – 6 months before & after each sponsored meeting
• Sponsor’s Name on ASCNN meeting invitation that is E-Blasted to all 300+ ASCNN members
• Sponsor’s Logo and Website link on at least one Email meeting reminder to all ASCNN members
• Ability to have a Sponsor Table with signage in the room where food is served
• Ability to collect business cards at Sponsor Table to be used for Gift Card Drawing
• Sponsor’s logo displayed on ASCNN announcement slides during a sponsored meeting
• Ability to donate ASCNN-Provided Gift Card during the meeting (drawn from collected business cards)
• Ability to donate Sponsor-Provided Door Prize during the meeting (selected from RSVPs)
• Ability to put Marketing Collateral on all tables in the meeting room
• Time on meeting agenda devoted to personally present highlights about your company to all attendees during the sponsored meeting (3 – 5 minutes with 1 – 3 PowerPoint slides)

Reserve your sponsorship slot today!

Let us know you would like to sponsor a meeting and pay below to reserve a slot. Sponsorship slot dates are not guaranteed until you have been contacted by a rep to finalize the sponsorship date. Provide three possible preferred meeting dates you could sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis, so reserve early!
